Returns & Exchanges

At Pawprint Oxygen, we want you and your furry companions to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn fashion items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom Pawprint Oxygen tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
